Cancel membership
If you want to end your membership, you can tell us directly in the Usersuite. In the form you first enter the desired termination date. Your credit on that date will be calculated so you know how much money you still need to transfer.
It is important that you give notice in advance of the actual cancellation date, so that we can book your final membership contribution correctly. The contribution for your last month of membership will be due on the cancellation date.
You can get a refund for any excess credit in your account. Please get in touch to check with us how much is left and for the mandatory form.
